Slow startup, freezing, running out of space, fans going constantly. Junk cleanup, startup programs, updates, security screening, and a performance test before I leave.
From $60 · 45–90 minCookeville, TN · Serving the Upper Cumberland
On-site computer repair and IT support for homes and small businesses. Flat-rate pricing quoted before I start, plain English instead of jargon, and evening and weekend appointments because your problem didn't wait for business hours.
The same person answers the phone, shows up, and fixes it. No ticket queue, no handoff, no calling back to explain it all again.
I quote the job before I touch anything. If it turns out I can't fix it, you don't pay for the visit.
I'll tell you what broke, why, and how to keep it from happening again — without making you feel stupid about it.

Who I work with
Who's showing up
I'm Clay. Before Hustle Hermit, I did network and desktop support inside a large hotel operation — building out convention networks, provisioning switches from the command line, running cable, and keeping hundreds of machines patched and compliant. The problems were bigger, but they were the same problems: something stopped working and somebody needed it working now.
I started Hustle Hermit because most people around here have exactly two options when their computer dies — drive it to a shop and leave it for a week, or ask a relative who "knows computers." There's room for a third one that shows up, quotes the price, and fixes it.
